This home in Maroochydore would have been an architectural showpiece when it was completed in the late seventies. Macmays and Adrian Ramsey Design have worked with the owner to bring the home back to its former status, incorporating all of the modern conveniences without denying what made the home unique as it existed.
The modern kitchen now overlooks the sculpted pool area. The upstairs entertaining area now opens onto the balcony with 300 degree views. The bar and media room are showpieces of contemporary design.

Automated lighting and a comprehensive sound system enhance the mood throughout the house. The three bathrooms feature exceptional cabinetry and fittings, and the downstairs living has been transformed into a huge open plan living space. All of this incorporating the original details of the home.
Every room in the house was altered in some way and Macmays was awarded the prestigious Master Builders Quality Workmanship award for housing on the Sunshine Coast for the project.
