Macmays is a full service building company. We can complete the entire Project for you, from bathrooms and kitchens to decks and extensions, or even going up a level and additions. We will work with you from the planning stage until you move back in and beyond. As we are a local company, you can be assured that we will be here for any after care and for further projects.

- Building a second storey on an existing house
- Putting an addition on an existing house, attached or separate
- Structural and non structural repairs to houses or units
- Renovation or refurbishment to units
- Repair projects requiring multiple trades and a licensed contractor
At Macmays, we take very seriously our responsibilities as a builder. As a licensed builder we are required to have several insurances in place and we are required by the Queensland Building Authority to build according to the Building Code of Australia and to work within local Government guidelines, as well as to properly contract all of our work. We also work within the guidelines set out by the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
We do not see these responsibilities as a waste of time or money. Instead we understand the reasons for these requirements and work with them to provide you with a finished product that will stand the test of time both structurally and legally.
Our contracts are also both thorough and comprehendible, with Master Builders standard contract forms as the basis.
